I've been making changes to our categories and items in square dashboard. I created a new parent category for "Dinner Menu" because we are getting ready to launch a new Lunch menu with different items. In the process, a few categories are not syncing or updating with the online ordering site. I've tried making the specific items unavailable and then visible again, cleared cache and cookies, deleted categories and re-added, I've even run a software update on my computer. I've attached a few images to show the discrepancies. All items in all categories are marked visible and have the proper site checked off.

To begin, we did receive reports earlier this week of delays with items syncing between the Square and Square Online dashboards, but we did hear from our engineering team that this was resolved. Are you still experiencing this on your account? If so, is it those same items and categories? We look forward to hearing back from you!

I am having the same issue. Making an existing item visible is not syncing with my online store, an updated item is still appearing with it's old name, and new items are not syncing. I've had this issue for at least a week, and still persists with an item I added earlier today.
I'm having a very similar issue, talked to someone on the phone with Square for an hour yesterday. Some of my items suddenly won't show up in their category online, even though I can search them and they are online, IF I know the title of the item. When you look at the category in the items tab, it shows the correct items under that category. There is obviously a Square glitch problem. I will not waste another hour with someone new as I am not the issue, my steps to get these items online is not the issue, nothing on my end is the issue. It's a Square problem that someone, somewhere needs to get fixed! If it wasn't such a pain in the butt to change to a different selling platform I would be jumping ship about now.
