Terminal help

I currently use the square Stand with Square booking app. I recently purchased the Sqaure Terminal. My question is when I go to cash out a Client through my appointment app it doesn’t connect to the terminal? 
Is there a way to connect the two?

At this time, Connected Terminal (the feature that allows you to send checkout transactions to the Square Terminal from the Square Stand) isn't compatible with the Square Terminal. This is in the Product Team's radar and will hopefully be available soon.
