Need Help Removing $25 that keeps showing for my shipping

Hi, I'm working on my site and changed my flat rate to be based on order value but for some reason when I do a test order on my site it keeps showing $25.00 as the shipping rate and not the rates I entered.

I tested an item on your site, but was not able to replicate $25 for shipping. Can you please provide a screenshot of what you see from your end on the checkout page? Can you also let us know the exact items you added to the cart when testing this?
