Needing some guidance here.
We currently use Square Appointments for our salon. All the staff have the exact same permissions in Teams but only some of them can make a "one-time change" or "edit recurring schedule" on the Appointments app.
On the app, when some staff click on the 3 dots in the left hand corner the "booking availability" header does not appear - while others it does! I have gone through all permissions with a fine tooth comb and cannot figure out what I am missing as everyone's settings appear to be the exact same.
Thoughts?

Have your team members completed their set-up entirely? Do they have assigned personal passcodes? You can check this from their Team Member profiles here on your Square Dashboard.
