Team Management Lite

We use square as a non-profit organization, and we want to have users log into the terminals with a passcode, as well as restrict access to item creation and the other backend functions. Each of our users is a volunteer though, so we don't need timesheets and all the other team functionality. Is there a "Teams Lite" version? $45 bucks a month for half the features we don't need is a lot.

You can use the free version and have passcodes. 

The only way to restrict access is for the owner account to change the "team permissions" in Square to the restricted permissions you want. So any team members would have to be assigned that permission set. And only the owner account would have access to change anything on the backend.
