I love the estimate feature. However, as of right now, potential clients do not have the option to decline estimates. We are using a 3rd party site to funnel those who do not want to accept our estimate/s. It would be ideal to have this as an option next to or below the accept button. Even better is if it we can give a mulitpule choice question as to why they declined. Such as "too expensive", "hired someone else", "too complicated", etc.

I agree! Also if we could customize the length of time the estimate is good for.

Hello there @MrsElizaWalker & @FNPSRQ this is a great suggestion! But this would be a feature request right now. I don't see a submission in our Ideate Board for this. You can certainly submit your request there and our Product Team will monitor this and provide updates on the thread. Make sure to be very specific about your business need for this request. Please let me know if there is anything else you guys need!
When I click on the Ideate Board to submit a request it brings me back to this area.
I posted the suggestion to the idea the board this morning and tagged you. Did it notify you? From what I can tell you need to click the heart or star and add a comment.
i did not give me the option to like it but it did notify me.
