TaxJar is only getting our address as a shipping address from Square for online orders

When an order shows up in TaxJar from square it only shows our local address as the shipping address rather than the address entered by the customer. 
I don't see many editable areas when linking square to TaxJar so I am not sure how to fix this. 

When our web store(we use Maisey.co) is connected directly the address comes through fine. 

We could just leave it that way but we also do out of state events where we sell products from a table via the Square app. So we would like for square to work. 

Any help is appreciated.

Hey @shilohplace -  I might be a little confused. So whenever your customers are placing orders that need to be shipped, YOUR business address is showing as the shipping address instead of theirs?

We're having the same issue. Can you please advise as to why this is happening? It looks like TaxJar is not grabbing the Customer's shipping address but instead putting the Ship From and Ship To address as the same (which is our home location business address).

We do not have access to your TaxJar account, and would only be able to confirm if the online order was submitted and received properly through the Square checkout page. If the the information is not transferring over to TaxJar properly I would first reach out to their support to see if they have any type of bug filed.
