TAX CHARGES

I am adding a line and customizing it to be TAX FREE however the system keeps adding TAX every time I add in an amount on that line. Customer service is closed and I need to create an invoice. I have tried deleting the invoice, closing the program and starting again and it must be a glitch? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

When you mention adding a line, do you mean adding a line item to an invoice? 

Also, how are you customizing your item to be tax free?
