Hi, is there any way to stop Square sending out emails with the subject "Your items have been shipped" when i update the status of an order to "mark as shipped"?

At the moment you can disable the shipping notification, but this will also disable the email confirming that the order is ready.
From your Square Online Overview page, go to Communications > Email & Text Alerts.
