Stop sending "Your items have been shipped" emails to customers

Hi, is there any way to stop Square sending out emails with the subject "Your items have been shipped" when i update the status of an order to "mark as shipped"?

Hi @thewordcalendar 🙂 thanks for posting. 

 

At the moment you can disable the shipping notification, but this will also disable the email confirming that the order is ready. 

 

From your Square Online Overview page, go to Communications > Email & Text Alerts.

 

Email customer when their order is ready or shipped
Send an email to your customers when you've marked their order as ready or shipped. Applies to all locations.
