Square sold our domain....

We registered aliasbrewworks.com on 8/7/23, it was set to autorenew, and we had a card on file, the same card used for everything else. I received an email on 8/7/25 that said:

"aliasbrewworks.com has expired
We wanted to let you know that aliasbrewworks.com expired today and has been taken offline. Any connected site or email is no longer functional.
But if you want to get back online, you still have 29 more days to do so!"

But when I clicked on the link in the email, the domain is no longer listed under my account.

So I reached out to customer service by chat in Sunday. After like 3 hours, during which I was told to go bid on the site, i was told to expect a call in 1-2 days from the Domains team. That call never came. So I reached out to square customer service by phone. Six people later, and several hours later, and they basically said there is nothing they can do because the domain is no longer listed under my account, and wanted to give me the phone number for register.com... 

So I reached out by email in hopes of being connected to someone who knows what the hell to do. Someone else bought my domain two days after it expired, on 8/9/25 even though by Square policy, ICANN policy and TUCOWS (square's registrar) policy, I have 30-90 days to reclaim my domain before they are allowed to sell it/transfer it.

This is my lifeblood, and I really need suggestions....
