I am having issues with my square reader not accepting afterpay tap. I have contacted square and everything looks set up correctly for my business to accept afterpay. I have contact afterpay and they have told me to contact square again.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accepting Afterpay on your Square Reader. It looks like it's already enabled on your account successfully. Are all payments being declined, or are you seeing declines on a specific customer's card? If so, we recommend that the customer contact Afterpay directly, as the issue may lay with their account spending limits. I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Afterpay, @jfield! Have you enabled this for your online store, or in person payments?
I am having the same issue with multiple customers. They have sufficient funds and not using more than their available limit but the purchases are declining. The customer shows me where they take the initial down payment out of their account then later puts it back since the transaction is declined.
