Square Pay no longer saving customer addresses. Customer has to re-enter every time they use square pay

I haven't heard of other Sellers experiencing this issue, but I consult with the Square Online Support Team to see if they've received any reports.
I'll follow up with you, once I have more details.
Have you had any further info as to why Square Pay not recording address details for next use. Many customers are having this issue and some have stopped using online payments!!

I'm going to ask a few clarifying questions so the Square Online Support Team and I can dig a little deeper into this.
Is the issue with Square Pay occurring for your returning customers who have successfully saved their info to Square Pay in the past, or is this happening to customers who are trying to use it for their first time?
If your customers haven't created a Square Pay account yet, they should see this option to save their info for future use. Their information will only be saved if they've selected this before.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
