Square Online Store vs. Square Online Website? I'm sooo confused.

I had no idea there was a difference between my Square Online Store vs. Square Online Website? Apparently, there are TONS of options for templates you can use for your Square website.  I'm sooo confused. I desperately want to change my Square Online Store template, but in the online store I set up there are only TWO options!!!?? Is it not possible to change from a Square Online Store to a Square Online Website? Can't I choose to move my store over to this mysterious OTHER Square Online Website? I can't even find navigation to sign up for option #2 anywhere. When I go to sign up for a Square Online Website, I can't. It just logs me into my Suqare Online Store Account. I'm finding this WAY too complicated. Even writing this has me confused.

TLD: I have a Square Online STORE but I want a Square Online WEBSITE to use as my store so it looks like a REAL WEBSITE.

HI, that does sound very confusing.  I believe what you have encountered is the Weebly / Square integration.  Square obtained Weebly 2018 and has just recently attempted to mesh Weebly into Square.  

Square offers the Online Store which is the Weebly platform.  Weebly did/does have different parts that the Square Online Store does not, as of yet.  If you are wanting a designer template, the Square Online Store does not have full templates to apply.  It offers a Retail Store format or Menu type format.  The editor is very easy.  Point-and-Click easy.  It gives 17 different options for the hero banner alone.  You can click around and design to your heart's content.  You can not hurt anything.

Weebly.com is still available, I believe because there are still hundreds, if not thousands of sites dependent on that version.  I am sure, once the logistics are worked through, both will be combined.
