We really need an option on square for people to place an online order so that they can pay at time of pick up. We sell items by the pound and it is not easy online to offer that option and we need the ability to change and edit the order to the specific poundage once and order is placed and then let the customer know and be able to pay at time of pick up. We also being a food industry offer the option for state food assistance cards which can not be run through square. Not being able to change weights on orders and being able to offer pay at time of pick up options is a major complaint we are hearing from customers.
