I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this slow and painful system.
It was all working fine the other day when I was uploading items to my Square Online store, they were syncing over to my Square Inventory just fine (albeit with a few minute delay).
Now i've been waiting over 24 hours for my latest items to sync and they're still not synced!!
I'm going to be heavily reliant on this system to maintain stock levels both online and in-store and really don't want to do this manually by having to double my workload uploading items to Square Inventory too.
I am also having a separate issue when I try to update stock levels on the Square Online items. It just seems to time out and say that stock isn't available at the moment. Any ideas?
I've looked through the FAQs and community threads, but nothing there seems to fix my issues.
This is a huge shame as the ePOS system works seamlessly in-store and i've invested a lot of money into this system so far as it DID work when I signed up.

I apologize for the trouble you are having with editing your items. We have a temporary sync delay, but the engineers were able to make a change that should hopefully help it speed up.

Well, it's been another couple of hours and still no signs of any items syncing across platforms. This is a very very poor service considering i've invested almost £1000 into this retail package (including ePOS register). This is utterly useless and I haven't even got many items on my inventory yet!!

I have been having the exact same problems over the last few days. Things have still not synced in over 12 hours. Then i had an email today regarding payment issues on the website, They had to do a bank transfer in the end, and now i'm trying to 'out of stock' the items that were ordered and it won't even let me update, it just keeps timing out. Now im getting extremely confused as to which items i need to update!!
and its also taking FOREVER to click from one thing to the next!

I'm not too sure about your payment issues, but it doesn't sound like this is related.
I have some troubleshooting steps here that should help with this:
Doing this will cause items to resync.
There are some additional details in this Square Online item sync, so please take a look when you can.
