Square Online Early Access For New Users Only

Hi there,

When I try to access Square Online, it redirects to a weebly address which states "Early access for new users only. While we work to make our Square inventory sync feature available to existing Weebly users, you can update your website by logging in here." 

Every time I follow the links to login, it says email or password is wrong. Forgot password link doesn't send an email. And signing up for a new account says it already exists - so I'm going round in circles. 

Can anyone help?

In this case, I'd recommend giving our support team a call so we can take a closer look at your Weebly account and get your password link sent to the correct email address. If you have several email addresses, it's also worth searching "Weebly" or "Square" in your inbox to confirm you're using the right email address to reset your password.
