Square Online Category Availability does not work anymore

In Square Online, when I edit a category:
Specifying Availability to "Only certain days and times", selecting dates/times, and then saving, reverts back to "During all regular business hours" on its own

This worked fine last year when we last used it. It does not now.

Tried in Firefox and Chrome on macOS.

 

I would report this as a bug via support channels, however I now fear doing that because the people responding are not well trained and don't even know how the Square systems work. So I'm not going to do that. Reporting it here so that:

1. I can find out if others are having the same issue, and

2. Perhaps someone from Square that actually can look into it will see it (when I report a bug through proper channels, front-line support staff give me the run around and it never gets to the people that can actually affect change). I long for the days when Square had good quality support.
