First off, I LOVE Square Loyalty. It's fantastic and I've seen some amazing results since implementing it at the start of 2020.
My request is for increasing the maximum # of Loyalty Points that can be added/removed manually (dashboard or POS)
My current set up is for every $1 spent they get 100 Loyalty points. I've set it up specifically this way because it's a lot more exciting for the customer ie. Spend $10 get 1,000 points! Vs spend $10 and get 10 points. I would love to see someone get 1,000,000 points!
My problem is when there is an issue ie. Points missing from transaction or a refunded order where points need to be removed manually (because they are not automatically removed), I am limited to 1,000 points at a time.
This is extremely tedious for transactions of any substance. It's 6 clicks per manually adjustment (ya I counted) and if I have a transaction of $100 that's 10,000 points and 60 clicks (10x6) or $1,000 would be 600 clicks (and I've had to do this multiple times) to fix an error. Major waste time!
I can understand why there would be a limit. But I really need to increase it. Maybe it could be based on a passcode?
Otherwise I have to change my entire points system and it hurts my brain thinking about that. Seems like I would need to start from scratch.
