Square; I am begging you to make digital products truly sellable

It is truly impossible to sell digital products online on Square Online.

There is no way to attach the actual product and have an email WITH the product automatically sent to the customer who purchased the product.

This is an incredibly simple feature and frankly it's disappointing that I am paying monthly for this website hosting service that cannot provide this.

Over the phone the answer I got was "you have to email each customer who purchases the product individually"

Emailing each customer who purchases a product is not sustainable at all, and a waste of my time.

I understand having to email each customer with an attachment or link to download the product they have purchased is less than ideal. 

I would recommend posting your Feature Request on the Ideate board for Square Online here in the Community. 

Posting on the Ideate boards ensures our product teams have visibility of your requests and other Sellers can add their voice to your request. The more likes and comments a feature request has, the more likely it is to be implemented.

It still doesn’t make any logical sense to do that since you’re now having to tack on such an exuberant fee on top of the already exuberant fee of square when you can go somewhere like beacons, pay $30 a month and get everything - unlimited emails, digital products, unlimited automation emails that attach to products and so much more for one price. I with square integrated with something like beacons because I trust square processor so much more than PayPal and stripe, however square is over the top expensive and you have to add on an extra fee for basics all for **bleep** poor features and limits
