Square Feedback comments

Is there anyway of listing the customer feedback comments / reviews, almost like an in-house trustpilot???  We have loads of great comments coming through and it'd be nice to show them off. Is there a way of generating a feed with the latest comments on the website? 

 

Alternatively is there a way of getting online (Google / facebook) reviews instead of these nice (but pretty useless) square comments without having to actually go back to each customer and ask for them. 

 

It seems the feedback is only useful to the business as a guide but could be so much better as a marketing tool:could be very useful as reviewscould be very useful as reviews

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to feed these feedback comments so that they appear on your website at the moment, nor is there a way of adding Google reviews at this time. I definitely think it's a great idea though! I'll pass this idea over to our product team for better visibility. 

 

You can, however, activate reviews for specific items for your website.

 

To enable customer reviews in Square Online:

 

  1. In your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Customer Reviews.
  2. Select Enable customer reviews.
  3. Choose the amount of time you want to wait before automatically sending a review request to customers via email.

If you have multiple websites, customers who visit sites that have customer reviews enabled will see all reviews left by others, irrespective of the site the item was originally purchased from. The Square Online Overview page displays customer reviews from all sites in your account.

Thanks for having a look, it would be good to enable google / trustpilot reviews as an option as customer know and trust those. Otherwise we have to go back to every customer individually and ask them to put a review on facebook / google (which is what we're going to start doing)
