Square Dashboard shows notification but there is nothing there

On my Square dashboard, the notification icon shows a notification but, when I follow through, there is nothing there. Why is the badge on the notification icon not clearing? First image shows dashboard with badge on notification icon bottom left. Second image is after clicking on notification icon. Shows there is 1 Feedback message. Third image shows what I see after clicking on notification in right pane in image 2.

Is this still happening? If so, try clearing your history and cache, rebooting your device, and switching browsers. If you’re still having issues after that, please let me know.
