I am new to using Square and I ordered the debit card. I received an email saying that they will not be able to deliver my card. I don't know why. I got the reader but not the card. It says I can't at my address but it's my residential address! How do I solve this? Thanks
The title of this thread has been edited from the original by a Community Moderator to help with searching threads.
Whenever this happens it means that the courier (most of the time USPS) was unable to deliver the card for a particular reason not exactly disclosed to us. I would suggest reordering the card as this could have been a particular issue this time @RossAb
