Sorry, we don't deliver there? But we do!

The default shipping profile (which is what I want) shows that all states & territories are selected, as I can ship Australia-wide. I only have free shipping mind you.

 

Anyone that tries to order anything gets "Sorry, we don't deliver there. Please enter a different address." 

 

What am I doing wrong? 😞

Can you take a screenshot of your shipping profile and upload it in here for me to see how its setup?

 

An obvious thing that comes to mind is making sure you have 'Default (all items)' ticked at the top of the page or at least relevant products.

Hi @wd40,

 

It sounds like your items may be set to local delivery, rather then shipping. Let us know a bit more about how you've set up your items so we can troubleshoot further.

Thanks both @Arie  and @dieterslicke , there was an issue with my shipping profiles. I've managed to sort it out - I have no idea how, but I think I'm getting the hang of it as it appears to be working the way I need it to.
