Hi! So I've always had a but of an issue regarding site syncs.
But this time its been over 24 hours and I've even fiddled with it more since and it ain't fixed.
I had a sale going for 25% off ALL items in my store; it ended today (7/31/25) but is STILL showing on my site even though the discount doesnt apply.
I tried replacing it with a new sale for August since it is my birthday month for 30% off everything and while it shows in my Dashboard Discounts, it has not applied to the site. The first time I tried to make it do so was last night and checked it this morning and nothing had changed.
Can someone please help me figure this out? I've read every possible support board including Canada and Australia. None of the steps have done anything and I'd like to post the sale TONIGHT.
