I have two locations one works with electronic invoices only, the only has a physical card reader and takes payments for services. Since the Square server crash on the 20/6 the reader is now transferring payments to the location that works with invoices only. I have now raised 2 support calls and nobody is getting back to me. I have removed the reader and setup again but still it is pushing the payment transactions to the wrong location bank account. Help!! Any advice greatly received.

Have you try signing out of the Square app and try to sign back in? When you sign back in, the app should ask you to choose which location you'd like to take payments for. This should help with making sure transactions are going to the right location and account.

Thanks so much for that response, certainly as I logged out of the app and relogged in it did ask me to chose the location, so my next payment will confirm that fix. Thankyou much better response than the reporting system.
