Shopping cart not saved

My customers are reporting that their shopping cart is not saved for the next session even after choosing to have it a saved. Any help is appreciated

Hi @Fruitstand. Are they closing out of the window and coming back at a later time only to find that the cart isn't saved? Or are they saving the cart, adding more item, and the cart isn't there anymore?
