Hi, When I recieve an order I can only see the shipping recipient not billing - How do I review this? There have been times where I need to contact the purchasing customer but don't know who it is!

I've just tested shipping on my own Square Online site and can confirm that only the Shipping Address is required to complete an order online. You are not prompted to enter a separate Billing Address as part of the Square Online checkout flow.
Just so I'm on the same page with you here, would this situation come up if a customer is ordering a product from your site as a gift for another recipient? Further to this, is the reason you would need to contact the customer who placed the order to confirm specifications for the order (such as flavour, colour or unique message)?
If so, the workaround here would be to incorporate modifiers to your items that require a response in order for a customer to proceed to checkout.
