How to filter for visibility, hidden and unavailable with Square online.

How to filter for visibility, hidden and unavailable with Square online. I want to see a list of items that have been marked as hidden or unavailable. I was able to do this with the Weebly website but cannot see a way to do it with Square Online.

HI, when you select 2 or more items by checkmark the boxes, a Bulk Edit box will appear on the right side.  Click Bulk Edit for a drop down selection.  (if you only select one item, button will display as Edit)

Thank you, but I am not looking to bulk edit. I want a list of items that are hidden or unavailable.

HI, thank you for the screenshot.  Yes, that is the correct, select Item Filter for Hidden and Unavailable.  Click the Apply 2 Filters button, it displays all Hidden and Unavailable items.

Hello Terri,

The last screenshot is from Weebly, where I could see the lists I am referring to. I am no longer able to do this; I see the message "update to sell"(screenshot below). We were then switched over to Square Online. We now have Square Online and are no longer able to get the same results. This was very helpful since we have many items in the store that we do not sell on the website.

HI, thank you for the screenshot.  There is an error message at the top regarding inventory.  Your Home page is a .com but when I click an item, I see a square.site URL.  You had a Paid Plan on Weebly correct?
