I’m nearing a strikeout today @DinaLRosenberg. All I can say is you are not alone. I’ve seen posts about a few missing proceed to shipping rate calculations, besides this one. Variation-level shipping is another. At this point the only recourse is to submit a feature request and e see if a third-party app has the needed functionality.
