Shipping rules for Online Store orders?

If I set up a shipping profile for US & Territories for FREE SHIPPING after $10 and then a second under US & Territories for a flat rate of $3, will the system charge $3 for orders under $10?

Yes, you can create a free shipping rule for orders over $10 and create a flat rate for orders $0-$9.99 and it will charge accordingly. Let me know if you have any questions about this! ✨
