Hi - Our free shipping rate profile over $100 has stopped working. This was set up in Accounts & Settings > Fulfillment > Shipping. When we went in to check it out, it looks like there are now only 6 territories available in the United States category (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Minor Outlying States and Virgin Islands). When you click on "Edit States and Territories" all other states are greyed. So, unless a customer is shipping to one of these territories, free shipping rate profile is not applied. Please help!

This happens when another shipping profile exists for the greyed out states.
You'll want to add the free shipping option as a new rate to the existing profile for those states, because a state/country cannot be added to multiple shipping profiles.
In your case, you would need to apply your current shipping rate for orders between $0 and $99.99 and free shipping for orders $100 and over.

Is this still accurate? I am having a similar issue. I created a shipping profile for product A in a specific box with a specific carrier to cover specific states.
Now I would like to assign the remainder of my product to other boxes with a different carrier. It will not allow me to choose the same state though.
How are you supposed to set up multiple boxes? Surely people would like to be able to ship more than one product to their local area???!!!
