Shipping profile for the same product with variations.

I have product with 4 variations (size and as result weight). Shipping cost will be different for each weight. How can i set up different rates for product with variations?

While there is no current way to set different shipping rates per variation at this time you may still be able to take advantage of our Shipping by weight which would allow you to set a different rate for heavier items.  You may find more information about this here.
