Shipping not multiplying for same items

Why when a customer orders 3 of the same item but different colors they are only charged once instead for each item?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. This shouldn't be happening unless you have a coupon enabled. Would you mind replying with a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?
