HI, there are a few places you can double-check to see if Shipping is setup correctly.
Each item needs to have the appropriate box checked. Shipping, Pickup
Online Dashboard, Settings, Shipping, appropriate Destination Regions & Rates
Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, far right Advanced Settings, popup for Default Fulfillment Method.

So i was able to add some shipping options by manually doing it myself. Im wondering if the option to get real time shipping is for the $79 subscription and not the $35
