Shipping and Local Pickup - Website Clairty

I offer shipping and local pickup. For the most part my customers are able to figure it out. However, I feel like it is not clear or straightforward.

A box pops up when you click on my store and a customer is suppose to select "shipping" or "local pickup". I would love to get rid of this box and have the option to select at checkout, or even when they add something to the cart.

I have customers that don't see the popup and then are unable to find a way to change the delivery method. (Its a tiny box on the top left of the screen)
