Shipping Labels

I am trying to print out my shipping labels through the Weebly app on my phone and I keep receiving this message stating “No Rates Available, make sure you have entered sender and recipient addresses, box size, and have chosen a carrier”. I have everything already programmed in so then I don’t have to do it myself manually so I’m not understanding why I am receiving this message even though everything‘s already programmed in. Can someone please help me!! Thank you ❤️

Hey @SO326 thanks for posting and welcome to the Seller Community! Try verifying your address through this site and test to see if this works. If not, we will need you to contact Weebly Support so they can troubleshoot on your account in real time and look at the account specifics.

Hello Ashley,

I have already contacted Weebly support almost a week ago and I have not received anything back about fixing my situation. This is very frustrating of trying to figure out the solution to my problem with no help. Is there someone that I could reach out to to speak about my shipping labels that I cannot do thank you.

Just to clear up how I’ve been doing my shipping labels I go into the Weebly app go into my pending items, click actions, click create shipping label and then that message that I previously brought up pops up even though everything is already filled in of my customers address and the size of my packaging.

Hi @SO326 I'm sorry to hear your case has taken a while for Weebly to respond to. I can confirm that your case is in their queue, but they have a longer turn around time due to increased inquiries regarding the online store. 

 

I would also make sure to update your app and your phone as they did release a fix yesterday regarding some shipping issues. I'm not 100% sure your account was affected by this, but it couldn't hurt to update your app and see if things are working normally again.

Updating my app is not the problem here. I have everything updated the problem is that When I go to my Weebly app on my phone and I click items and I see that there are people that have bought my items and they have already filled in the information that I need in order for me to create a shipping label and I click actions, then create shipping label a message appears saying “no rates available make sure it’s a fill in the recipient and send her his information and the size of the box” but that is a ready filled in.
I need to understand why that is happening that has nothing to do with my app needing to be updated.
