Right now all online orders for delivery get hit with a generic window for estimated delivery, whether they live 10 mins from my business, 2 hours or delivery won't make it until the next day.
Is there a way to have custom or various automated ETA's for different locations in your order zone? with over 200 orders a day, we are misleading quite a few people with incorrect ETA's and it leads to a lot of customer service recovery.

The delivery ETA is automatically calculated based on when the order was placed and the prep time.
It could look like a generic timeframe if the orders are placed close together. I would recommend calling our Support Team if it still isn't acting right.
