Shipping Issues with new Square Online Site

Hello -

 

I am having the following problems with my new Square Online Site during checkout:

1) Error "address is not supported"

2) Shipping Method is missing

3) Customers spending over $75 are not receiving free shipping as an option

 

My shipping carriers are connected and shipping profiles are set up (domestic, international and free shipping).

 

I am using Real Time Shipping.

 

Can anyone help with suggestions? Also, sent this to customer service. Many thanks!!

Also, is the Square Online Premium website hosted by Square? It was so easy to transfer my domain, but now I don't know where the site is stored. 😂

Could you provide a screenshot of the error message you're seeing and clarify where the "Shipping Method is missing" notification is appearing?

 

Additionally, can you share your website URL so I can take a closer look?

 

Since Square Online is hosted by Square, could you also clarify what you mean by not knowing where the site is stored? Are you trying to make edits to your site?
