Shipping Costs and colour scheme on the platform.

Hello to you @skhan, and other Square users.

1. I have recently shipped a product item, and received the quote from the Square website, with shipping label eg. to ship with Canada Post. However, when I went to the Canada Post store, I received a much more lower quote, if I shipped directly with them (Can. Post), than on the Square website. The good thing about it, is that I was able to input details, tracking # etc to the square website. Would you be able to review or work closely with Canada Post/Fedex to receive the same rates, based on the input of product size/dimensions/weight/box package size etc? Thanks.

2. Would you be able to expand the colour scheme on the square platform, because I would like to possibly soon review/renew my colour scheme on my website.

Our shipping integration is through Shippo, and the Canada Post option would be your own Canada Post account. Do you recall how you setup your Canada Post account? Was the store running any type of specialty rates? Also, did you get a quote for Square and Canada Post for the same size package? Any additional details you may have would be awesome. 

 

Can you confirm your website URL? I can't recall where we are at with updates to the editor itself, but I'm happy to look into this for you.
