Hello!
We have been struggling with calculating accurate shipping costs. We ship with UPS and USPS directly from our shop and have an account with UPS. I have entered our UPS account number into the shipping carrier section. We also have our item weights entered accurately and even add a 90% shipping and handling fee onto the calculations. We still experience shipping calculations well below what our UPS shipping software calculates for us.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on a fix?
