We are using the Square Online Store for a church fundraiser. When people place an order we will contact them to set up a delivery time. Right now it automatically fills in a delivery time and that's causing all sorts of confusion. Is there a way to allow them to choose 'delivery' (it's the only option. We're not doing shipping or pick-up), but let them choose a delivery window or just notify them that someone will contact them to set up delivery?
Have you considered enabling scheduled deliveries, @JenKing?
You can find this setting in your Online Dashboard - Settings > Pickup & Delivery > Edit Location > Order timing settings > Edit
