Set online store to not automatically accept orders?

There used to be a setting that when turned on, you would have to approve an order before it was accepted. So if customers came on during a high traffic sale period, you could have the option to go through each order and either approve or reject. I'm losing my ever-loving mind trying to find it in the way the dashboard has been redesigned. If this is no longer an option, WHYYYYYYY????? I don't necessarily want to turn my "Accepting Orders" button on or off. I just want to review orders and approve or reject them as they come through. 

Please baby Jesus tell me that the keepers of the Square gods did not remove this very helpful feature. I may really go off the deep end if it was.

Hey @sugargal !

 

I don't ever remember square online having a setting like this--doesn't mean it wasn't there, I just don't remember it.

 

However, you can turn off auto accepting orders on your point of sale. I believe that you then have the option to accept or reject orders.

 

On your POS, More -> Settings -> Hardware -> Printers. Open each printer and look for the Online Orders section. Automatically Print is located here.
