Service Fee not posting at checkout

I believe I have configured my online store correctly to post a 3.0% service fee, however this additional charge is not present upon item checkout. I am not certain where else to check. Additional question, my business uses a Square credit card terminal linked to same account as the online store. I want to ensure the service fee is not reflected when using the terminal. Thank you in advance for your input.
