We updated and published our square site like normal. It was working as of 7:45pm. Everything says our square site is online but when you use the domain to view and purchase through the website an error page pops up and says "server IP address could not be found"
Hi everyone. Sorry for the brief interruption regarding Square Online's servers being down. The issue started last night outside of our biz hours, but our Engineering Team caught word and implemented a fix.

Our DNS server is also down.
Square, will you be fixing this and compensating your customers for lost sales? We did not receive a notice of server maintenance and made a large product launch today. Super bummed!
We are experiencing this problem as well. The chatbot function has not been helpful. It is unfortunate that square's customer service hours are over; we have customers that want to make purchases but can't.
Just came here looking for answers also. The bot chat thing is completely useless. I did not realize when I set up my website that Square does not have 24/7 help. My clients are trying to order but they can't and I cannot give any real information.
