The taxes are combined on the reports. How do I get the reports to show the separate amounts for each of the taxes charged to our customers?

To display separate amounts for each of the taxes charged to your customers in the reports, we suggest trying to customize your reporting settings within the Square Online Dashboard. Have you taken a look here?
Aside from this section, we would not have another way to separate these two.
