Selling Plastic Gift Cards Online - Setup Question

I have Square for Retail POS and a connected Square website. I am having trouble setting up my gift card page. I sell plastic gift cards, no eCards, and I already have my Square plastic gift cards that I have been using for years. I can't seem to get through the set up without buying more plastic cards that I don't need. What am I missing??

Hi @loboyle are you trying to add the plastic gift cards to your online store or register?

Hi Doran, I already sell them on my square for Retail POS in my brick & mortar store, and they link to the Square dashboard for all the reporting etc. I'm trying to add them to my Square Website, but so far all I can add to the website is the eCards, which I don't want. I want to be able to sell my Square plastic gift cards that I already have, and have been using for years, on my Square website.

For anyone else with this question, or who was following the topic. This is the response I got from Square Support: Square offer e-gift card for online gift cards sales. The plastic gift cards are for in person transactions.  

Sadly, the plastic gift cards can't be sold online.
