We have an issue where when you search for a product, click into that product page, and then afterwards click on the search icon, nothing happens. All the other icons work (sign in, cart, etc.). I have reached out to support for a while now with no resolution, and upon checking other sites on Square Online, I can confirm the problem seems to be affecting others as well. Any ideas on what can be done?
I noticed this as an issue with our website as well. The search function only works on the home page but seems to have stopped working in "deeper" pages. Extremely frustrating. I have given up calling the 800# for anything because it is an insufferable waste of my time.
