I created a file link to a PDF of our menu on our Square site and Safari desktop renders it in grey. Most puzzling, it looks fine and works on Safari mobile and in Chrome.
Anyone have a similar experience?
Here's the link that's giving me trouble...
Thanks ahead.
Hi @skipperdipper, unfortunately, I am actually not able to re-create the issue. It loaded in full color for me within Safari. I tried the direct link you provided, and I even went directly through your home site and clicked on the menu to see if something would happen. Both opened fine and with full color. Do you by chance have any extensions on Safari? I know extensions have caused PDF issues in the past. I would try to open a different PDF in Safari and see if it happens as well. I would also turn off all extensions if you have them and try again.
Hello, Thank you for posting this. I am having the same problem. None of my PDF files are loading on Safari - I just have a black screen. All of them load on my phone. We forwarded our original website to a new address a couple of months ago. I am wondering if it is because of the extra forwarding… we have tried all of the suggestions and more complex suggestions we could find online.

When you click on the "Learn More" button it goes to a black screen. Same with every place I have a pdf file linked on this website. It used to work fine… I only noticed the problem yesterday but it could have been this way for the past several months...
