Hello.  I am trying to get my site www.andersonatataekwondo.com re-setup for SSL and it has been 5 days since re-enabling my SSL certificate and it still says:  SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later.

I had a quick look at your DNS. While it looks like you have configured the www record correctly I think perhaps the root domain is not set up correctly:

andersonatataekwondo.com:

3.226.162.185

www.andersonatataekwondo.com:

199.34.228.70

Both these records should point to the square address:

Keep in mind that the @ notation does not work with some registrars, sometimes you just need to enter the root domain.

It needs both of these as the certificate that's generated is a wildcard certificate associated with the root of the domain.

Try adjusting your domain settings so that they both contain the same address.

You can use an online DIG tool to check it such as google.

Dig (DNS lookup) (googleapps.com)

Both www and non www A records should return the same address: 199.34.228.70

I think then the SSL issue may resolve itself
